By purchasing from Megha Computers, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions as set out below.
Should the User not agree to be bound by these Terms, the User should immediately discontinue use of the Site

Definitions

Megha Computers or www.meghacomputers.com - This is the online website in which you are purchasing from.

Customer - This is the person or company in which is purchasing a product or service from Megha Computers.

Price

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices are not inclusive of shipping cost. Shipping cost is shown separately and is calculated based on your location and product type. No refund will be applicable if a product you have purchased becomes available at a lower price. We reserve the right to change the price on our advertised products without any prior notice. This is one of the ways we update and keep our prices competitive at all times. Megha Computers does not take responsibility of typographical errors

Ordering

Megha Computers reserves the right to refuse service; terminate service; remove or edit contents; or cancel and refund an order at their sole discretion. If your order cannot be accepted or processed, you will be contacted by email or phone. Products sent to an Australian postal address as we do not ship overseas at this time. Orders can be placed anytime online excluding maintenance times. Orders placed during the weekend and Australian public holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Payment

Megha Computers currently only accepts payment methods mentioned below:

Bank Deposit (internet bank transfer, direct debit)Payment will only be processed when all necessary information is provided. Orders will be dispatched only after the funds are cleared into our bank account Bank Deposit will take 2 to 3 working days for payment confirmation. Please take this into consideration when you choose this payment method.

Credit Card payments are processed instantly the moment you click confirm order button. If the payment has been processed, verified and confirmed by stripe payment platform, we will send you a payment confirmation email along with the tax invoice attached

Liability Limitations

All products sold are to be used at your own risk. Megha Computers is not liable for following

  • Third party claims against customer for damages
  • Loss of, or damage to your records, data, or any type of hardware/equipment
  • Economic consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings), or incidental damages even if we are aware of the possibility.
  • Any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
  • Loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use
  • Goods will become the responsibility of the customer once shipped

Damages in Transit

Upon receipt products should be inspected for damages. Customer have seven(7) days after confirmed delivery to report any items damaged or broken on arrival. Megha Computers will not take any responsibility or offer any options after sever(7) days have passed. Megha computers requires evidence if package shows signs of damage in transit. Please take a photo or record a video before opening the package.

Returns and Cancellations

If you change your mind about the purchase, we will generally accept a return provided you contact us within 7days of receiving product, the product is returned in "as new" condition, in it's original undamaged packaging, and unopened if sealed by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refund amounts will be based on the currently listed price on our website, or the invoice - whichever is lower.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product back to Megha Computers. Customers must ship the item back to Megha Computers using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer bears all cost of shipping charges and all risk of loss in transit to Megha Computers. The customer agrees that the returned product will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will be complete with original packaging, manuals, etc.

Megha Computers will not accept returns for

  • changing your mind after sever(7) days have passed from receiving product.
  • changing your mind after package is opened.

Refunds

Credit Card Payment Refunds can only be sent back to the original credit card used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (for example, another card or bank account).
Bank Transfer Customer needs to provide the bank account details for the refunds to be processed

Shortages

Upon receipt products should be inspected for shortages. Customer have seven(7) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in shipment. Megha Computers will not take any responsibility or offer any options after sever(7) days have passed.

Warranty

All products purchased from Megha Computers come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the invoice date, and the warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Consumables are exempt from this warranty and can only be returned if a defect is found.

Our warranty does not apply to any item that has been modified, overclocked, abused, or mis-used. Products are not warranted as to compatibility with your current components in regards to use, fit, or utility. The consumer is responsible for making sure that the parts ordered from Megha Computers will be compatible with their system (e.g correct heatsink for your CPU).

Under the Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. If you buy something that isn't right, you have consumer rights. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit – depending on the price and quality of goods, consumers may be entitled to a remedy after any manufacturers’ warranty has expired.
